Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DNAVisualytics platform ("Service") operated by DNAVisualytics ("we", "our", "us") at dnavisualytics.online. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• The Service is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

Notify us immediately at support@dnavisualytics.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Credits are the in-platform currency used to run analyses. Credits are non-refundable unless the Service fails to deliver an analysis.

• New accounts receive a free credit allocation to try the Service.
• Additional credits are purchased via PayPal at prices shown on the buy-credits page.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

Refunds: If a purchased credit package is not credited to your account due to a platform error, contact us within 7 days for a remedy. We do not issue refunds for credits already used.

• Results are generated by AI models analyzing photos and are not scientifically validated clinical tests.
• Paternity and family similarity analyses are based on visible facial features — they are not DNA tests and carry no legal weight.
• Biological age, ancestry, and health analyses are estimates based on visual patterns — not medical diagnoses.
• Do not make medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions solely based on our analyses.
• For legally admissible paternity tests, consult an accredited laboratory.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Upload photos of minors for analysis
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform
• Use bots or automated tools to create accounts or submit analyses
• Circumvent payment systems or attempt to obtain credits without payment
• Upload illegal content (CSAM, content that violates laws in your jurisdiction)
• Misrepresent analysis results to others as official scientific or legal findings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

By uploading photos to our Service:

• You represent that you have the right to upload those photos (they are of yourself or you have consent from the subject).
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photos solely for the purpose of generating your analysis.
• We do not claim ownership of your photos.
• You may delete your uploaded photos at any time from your account.

Our referral program allows you to earn credits by inviting others. Referral credits are awarded when referred users register and complete a paid purchase. We reserve the right to:

• Modify referral reward amounts at any time
• Void referral earnings obtained through fraudulent or automated means
• Suspend the referral program with reasonable notice

Withdrawal of referral earnings is subject to a minimum threshold and manual review. Earnings are paid in credits or cash equivalent at our discretion.

The DNAVisualytics platform, including its AI models, designs, code, branding, and content, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your analysis results belong to you. You may download and share them freely.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your credits and analysis history are forfeited.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analyses are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNAVisualytics is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on analysis results
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or in competent courts, as applicable in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
